Battery electric vehicle (BEV) sales reached 1,764,992, up 12.1% from 2023.
Plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) sales surged by 72.8%, totaling 2,485,378.
Commercial vehicle sales nearly doubled to 21,775, an 89.2% increase YoY.

Are BYD cars sold in the US?
Well, not yet!
Small cars just don’t sell.
Also, China’s government support and BYD’s low pricing strategy are not appreciated by America.
BYD Sales in Europe
BYD is ”just getting started” selling in Europe, with plans to increase market share by 5%.
However, BYD sold an estimated 150,000 units in Europe, mainly models like the Atto 3 and Seal.

They reported that EVs built in Europe will be for the Europe market.
