Welcome to the Tridens EV Charge application (the “Application”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our Application and services. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

Cancellation of Service
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your access to the Application and associated services at any time, for any reason, and without any obligation to you. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms or any misuse of the Application. Upon cancellation, your access to the Application will be immediately revoked
Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, and other materials associated with the Application are the property of Tridens or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Application for personal or authorized business purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tridens will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Application.
Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
Governing Law
Application operates under laws and jurisdiction of the Republic of Slovenia.
You may not use or export or re-export the materials or services at this application or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations including without limitation to the relevant export laws and regulations worldwide. If you choose to access this application, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
