Ser\u00e3o apresentadas as li\u00e7\u00f5es aprendidas durante a concep\u00e7\u00e3o, o desenvolvimento e os quatro anos de funcionamento, incluindo a forma como lid\u00e1mos com o desempenho e as optimiza\u00e7\u00f5es do sistema. Para obter flexibilidade, utiliz\u00e1mos o desenvolvimento \u00e1gil de software, um tipo de engenharia de software baseado num processo iterativo e incremental, associado \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de vers\u00f5es.
