What is Tridens AI?
Tridens AI is the set of AI capabilities built into the Tridens platform. It includes Copilot, autonomous agents, voice agents and an MCP server, all running on the data already inside your platform.
What data can the AI access?
Only the data in your Tridens tenant, filtered by each user’s role and permissions. Copilot sees what the logged in user is allowed to see and nothing more.
Can agents make changes without approval?
By default, no. Agents prepare actions and wait for your confirmation. You can raise autonomy per agent and per action type when you are ready.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is used to answer your questions and run your workflows, not to train foundation models.
Which AI models does Tridens use?
Tridens works with leading large language models and grounds every answer in your platform data. The models only receive the data needed for the task, under the same permissions as the user.
How accurate are the answers?
Answers are grounded in your platform records and link back to the source data, so you can verify them. Before any action runs, the platform shows exactly what will change.
How is the MCP server secured?
Access is authenticated per user, scoped by role and fully logged. The same rules that apply inside the platform apply through MCP.
Which AI tools can we connect through MCP?
