System configuration includes setting up Monetization to connect with third-party systems such as Stripe for payments, Avalara for tax calculation, and Twilio for messaging notifications. These features ensure seamless integration with external systems, enabling efficient management of various operations.

Business Configuration

Catalog

Catalog entails designing and maintaining offers (plans, bundles, and discounts) and services (a product that renders a service) that customers can purchase and consume.

Customers

Monetization offers customer relationship management (CRM), which helps to manage all customer-related concerns. It covers onboarding customers, purchasing subscriptions, removing customers, and processing payments.

Security

The security section increases transparency and prevents fraud by logging API endpoints accessed by specific users in Monetization.

Sites

Multiple sites can be created in Monetization to separate your business into different markets. For instance, you can have a site for the US market and another for the European market. Then, these two sites can have their specific customers, invoices, and analytics. Furthermore, having a separate site can allow for different product catalogs for each site based on the market.

AAA Gateway
