Tridens Monetization is a real-time convergent charging and monetization platform for any industry, business model, and revenue stream in today’s digital economy.

Business operations are used to schedule jobs (tasks). These jobs automate business processes such as billing, invoicing, and reporting.
The accounting section shows the bills, invoices, and payment transactions from a specific period for a particular site in Monetization.
System configuration includes setting up Monetization to connect with third-party systems such as Stripe for payments, Avalara for tax calculation, and Twilio for messaging notifications. These features ensure seamless integration with external systems, enabling efficient management of various operations.
This section shows users that can access created sites in Monetization. It also enables you to create additional users. A user has a specific role(s) that give more or fewer privileges to what can be accessed.
The analytics section provides valuable insights into customer growth, total subscriptions by plans, usage, top products, revenue, and profitability over a specific period.
Business configuration involves the foundational structures (components) used to identify a business uniquely in Monetization.
Catalog entails designing and maintaining offers (plans, bundles, and discounts) and services (a product that renders a service) that customers can purchase and consume.
Monetization offers customer relationship management (CRM), which helps to manage all customer-related concerns. It covers onboarding customers, purchasing subscriptions, removing customers, and processing payments.
The security section increases transparency and prevents fraud by logging API endpoints accessed by specific users in Monetization.
Multiple sites can be created in Monetization to separate your business into different markets. For instance, you can have a site for the US market and another for the European market. Then, these two sites can have their specific customers, invoices, and analytics. Furthermore, having a separate site can allow for different product catalogs for each site based on the market.
