\nIf you can’t start the pipeline and you get this error message: \u00bbError: Could not start event handler, cannot proceed.\u00bb, then you need to kill the event handler process. See the example that follows:

\nTo rebalance the MBI pipeline, run the following command:

To rebalance the DIAMETER pipeline, run the following command:
\ncd \/opt\/portal\/pre_dia\/bin\/
\n.\/pin_ctl snmpset rebalanceAaaGw aaa<\/p>\n

Issue 4<\/strong>
\nIf you get this error message: \u00bbERR_TAM_INIT_FAILED,\u00ab then you need to delete files in the tam directory.<\/p>\n
