Se ha mai integrato Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM<\/a>) e qualsiasi applicazione di terze parti, come ERP, CRM, Self-Care, eccetera, allora sa come si realizza, quali sono le sfide\/problemi e qual \u00e8 il risultato.<\/p>\n

L'integrazione pu\u00f2 essere realizzata in due modi. Il primo consiste nel collegarsi a un processo CM, chiamare l'opcode Oracle BRM e passare i dati di ingresso in formato elenco. L'implementazione pu\u00f2 essere effettuata in linguaggi di programmazione, come Java, C, C++ e Perl.<\/p>\n

La seconda opzione consiste nell'installare il componente WebService Manager, iniziare a invocare i servizi web SOAP e passare i dati in formato XML. Tuttavia, questo approccio presenta alcune insidie. Il componente Oracle BRM WebService non supporta tutti gli opcode; non supporta nemmeno opcode e campi personalizzati. In questi casi, \u00e8 necessario estendere i file XSD e WSDL, il che richiede molto tempo ed \u00e8 scomodo.<\/p>\n

Le opzioni di integrazione descritte in precedenza richiedono molto tempo e non seguono i processi di sviluppo agili di oggi. Per questo motivo, in Tridens abbiamo progettato un componente chiamato BRM RestBridge, che introduce l'integrazione tramite REST e JSON. I componenti supportano tutti i codici operativi e i campi (attributi) personalizzati. Gli input e gli output sono configurabili e possono essere in formato json, xml o flist.<\/p>\n

Facciamo una chiamata opcode per recuperare un account da BRM. Innanzitutto, dobbiamo configurare gli attributi delle intestazioni, come BRM_URL, BRM_PORT, BRM_USER, BRM_PASSWORD. Dobbiamo anche specificare il formato di ingresso e di uscita e il formato dell'opcode, poich\u00e9 BRM RestBridge supporta sia i numeri che i codici per l'identificazione dell'opcode.<\/p>\n

In questo modo, BRMRestBridge accetta una richiesta nel formato JSON e restituisce una risposta in XML.<\/p>\n

Per riassumere, BRM RestBridge consente un'integrazione rapida e semplice di Oracle BRM<\/a> con qualsiasi applicazione. Per chiamare qualsiasi opcode con qualsiasi campo in qualsiasi formato, non deve scrivere una riga di codice o modificare alcun file XSD e WSDL.
