Avec des dizaines de v\u00e9hicules par d\u00e9p\u00f4t, l'absence de logique de priorit\u00e9 obligeait les \u00e9quipes d'exploitation \u00e0 un r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage manuel nocturne. Ce processus consommait des heures de travail et introduisait des erreurs humaines dans un flux de travail qui aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre automatis\u00e9 de bout en bout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau CMS s'int\u00e8gre directement aux syst\u00e8mes de gestion des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et de contr\u00f4le du transport intermodal de l'op\u00e9rateur par le biais de <a href=\"https:\/\/tridenstechnology.com\/vdv-261-vdv-463\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VDV 463<\/a>. Chaque d\u00e9part programm\u00e9 est automatiquement ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la plateforme, avec son heure d'arriv\u00e9e, son heure de d\u00e9part, son \u00e9tat de charge cible et son \u00e9nergie cible. Le syst\u00e8me convertit chaque entr\u00e9e en une session de charge avec un d\u00e9but, une fin et une priorit\u00e9 d\u00e9finis. Les bus qui partent \u00e0 5 heures du matin sont aliment\u00e9s en premier ; ceux qui sont programm\u00e9s plus tard sont report\u00e9s aux heures creuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-automated-pre-conditioning\">Pr\u00e9conditionnement automatis\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les batteries froides acceptent lentement la charge. Les cabines froides obligent les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation \u00e0 fonctionner \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime pendant le premier trajet, ce qui r\u00e9duit l'autonomie disponible avant que les passagers ne montent \u00e0 bord. L'op\u00e9rateur avait auparavant g\u00e9r\u00e9 le pr\u00e9-conditionnement manuellement, avec des r\u00e9sultats incoh\u00e9rents selon les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et les \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tridenstechnology.com\/fleet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tridens EV Charge<\/a> communique d\u00e9sormais avec chaque v\u00e9hicule par l'interm\u00e9diaire de <a href=\"https:\/\/tridenstechnology.com\/vdv-261-vdv-463\/\">VDV 261<\/a> sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/tridenstechnology.com\/iso-15118-standard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISO 15118<\/a> connexion. Les bus signalent l'\u00e9tat actuel de la batterie, la temp\u00e9rature de la cabine et les besoins de pr\u00e9chauffage. Le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9pond en optimisant les heures de d\u00e9marrage du pr\u00e9chauffage, les horaires de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation, et les fen\u00eatres de d\u00e9part, tous d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l'horaire d'exploitation. Les conducteurs arrivent, se d\u00e9connectent et repartent avec des v\u00e9hicules enti\u00e8rement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pour le service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grid-aware-load-distribution\">Distribution de la charge en fonction du r\u00e9seau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque d\u00e9p\u00f4t fonctionne dans le cadre d'une capacit\u00e9 fixe de connexion au r\u00e9seau. Le d\u00e9passement de cette capacit\u00e9 entra\u00eene des frais de demande et risque de faire disjoncter l'ensemble du site. L'op\u00e9rateur avait besoin d'une couche de distribution d'\u00e9nergie qui prot\u00e8ge le contrat de r\u00e9seau tout en pr\u00e9servant chaque fen\u00eatre de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tridenstechnology.com\/ev-charge\/\">Tridens EV Charge<\/a> distribue la puissance disponible de mani\u00e8re dynamique entre les sessions actives. Les groupes prioritaires d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l'horaire d'exploitation re\u00e7oivent la capacit\u00e9 en premier. Les valeurs des compteurs en temps r\u00e9el alimentent en permanence le syst\u00e8me, ce qui garantit que le d\u00e9p\u00f4t reste toujours dans les limites pr\u00e9vues par le contrat.
