Se presentar\u00e1n las lecciones aprendidas durante el dise\u00f1o, el desarrollo y los cuatro a\u00f1os de operaciones, incluyendo c\u00f3mo hemos abordado el rendimiento y las optimizaciones del sistema. Para lograr flexibilidad, hemos utilizado el desarrollo \u00e1gil de software, un tipo de ingenier\u00eda de software basado en un proceso iterativo e incremental, unido a la gesti\u00f3n de versiones.
