We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive B2B growth by developing and executing targeted strategies across various industries using tools like social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. This role involves market research, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and optimizing lead qualification processes to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B lead generation strategies targeting specific industries and demographics.
- Use a variety of tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising, to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads in the B2B sector.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead qualification process and ensure seamless handoff of leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools, including CRM software, email marketing tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
