Seamless Migration & Modernized Fleet Operations
The shift from Driivz to Carga Tridens EV gave the provider a more flexible platform that was easier to work with and flexible enough to reshape their core workflows in a much more efficient way. The migration consolidated data, simplified configuration, and removed previous limitations that slowed operational growth. Fleet managers gained a unified environment to oversee their entire charging ecosystem, including private fleet activity across multiple regions.
By redesigning processes around real usage patterns, the provider improved how drivers, vehicles, and chargers interact. The platform now supports the specific needs of fleet dispatchers, supervisors, and field teams—reducing misunderstandings and unnecessary steps.
Advanced Alerting, Monitoring & AI-Driven Efficiency
The previous system failed to provide the level of alerting and monitoring that the provider needed. Tridens EV Charge for Fleets was configured with granular controls, allowing teams to track charger performance, detect failures, and respond faster to critical errors, outages, or unusual behavior. Custom rules mirror internal processes, ensuring every alert is actionable and aligned with operational priorities.
AI tools enhanced productivity even further. Routine diagnostics, data checks, and operational recommendations are now automated, giving managers a broader operational picture with deeper insights. This improved visibility, supported by AI‑generated operational reports, helps them make faster, more informed decisions while reducing the need for highly specialized staff. The team completes tasks quicker, with fewer mistakes, and can focus more time on strategic improvements.
Unified Fleet Management & Purpose‑Built Driver App
Before the change, RFID and vehicle data were scattered across tools, making validation, routing, reporting, and driver support slow. The new setup unified RFID cards, vehicles, pairings, driver preferences (including favorite vehicles), and authorization rules into a single management hub. Fleet managers now have a full operational overview—real‑time status, usage history, vehicle–RFID relationships, session insights, charger performance trends, and automated reports.
To support drivers directly, a custom mobile app was delivered, built around their private fleet’s actual usage. Drivers can manage charging sessions, access vehicles, and view authorization details without relying on support teams. This drastically reduced service calls and improved day‑to‑day consistency in fleet operations, while giving managers clearer data for planning, optimization, and internal reporting.
